As landlords in San Francisco since the 1970's we have long been in the business of service. We converted our own properties over to furnished rentals in the early 1990's and subsequently started International Executive Rentals (IER). We have now proudly served travelers and business people for nearly 25 years.

Where you stay while visiting a city directly impacts your perceptions of that city. We provide some of the best extended-stay experiences in San Francisco. With each stay, we offer housekeeping, local phone, basic cable, electric utility* and exemplary delivery of services.
